Online Consultation
What is an Online Consultation?
This is a one-hour-long, free conversation with a senior staff member to discuss in detail where you are at with your organization’s programmatic design, size and capacity, evaluation experience and needs, and the mission and value of your work. More importantly, we like to use this time to answer any questions you may have about how RENI may be a great fit for you!
An Online Consultation is helpful if...
You have current evaluation obligations that you do not know how to fulfill
You feel stuck, frustrated, or lost when it comes to strategic programming or effective evaluation
You’re overwhelmed with all the funder/grant expectations and evaluation resources available
You want to incorporate community focused- strategies in your work
or you just have lots and lots of questions!
What happens during the Online Consultation?
In the hour-long consultation, we will review (if available) your current program documentation, evaluation history, grant/funder reporting requirements, your relationship with the community you serve, and what aspects of the work are proving to be challenging for you and your organization. You will leave with your questions answered and the next steps you are comfortable with.
How to get started!
Fill out the Consultation Request Form below. We'll reach out to you to schedule your 1-hour call. After our call we will put together a summary of our conversation and agree upon next steps.
We love to get to learn and hear about all the great work you and your organization are doing! If we are not the best fit for your needs, we have a full network of contacts that we may be able to connect you with. Once we have completed the consultation and delivered your summary, there is no obligation to commit to a contract/project with RENI. We hope to hear from you soon!
