Evaluation design, implementation, and analysis
Evaluation is the process of collecting, analyzing, and using data to determine the quality and effectiveness of programs, answer questions, and inform future implementation. This can be evaluation of programs, community needs, staffing issues, trainings, and workshops. Each evaluation design and implementation differ based on the need and capacity of the client. However, these details and the next steps will be finalized in collaboration with RENI. Learn more.
Program design and strategies
Program design and strategy is the process of creating a program and its activities to effectively meet its audience’s needs. This is an ongoing process as programs may change over time in response to participant needs, desired outcomes, challenges/barriers, and resource availability. Each of the steps for program design takes place through interaction and meetings with RENI staff and your organization's team. This can include leadership, program staff, board members, or anyone you feel is integral to the conversation. Learn more.
